I have been considering a hidden helix piercing for a year now. It’s an uncommon piercing and requires patience and precision to perform well. I booked with Summer who has nearly 15 years experience and I am beyond ecstatic with my new piercings. She was calm, patient, and clean. She exudes a quiet confidence that put me immediately at ease and treated me like a lifelong friend. The Dungeon even had the earrings I wanted for the piercings! It was my first time getting a piercing and they did wonders! They talked me through it and made sure I understood each step they were doing and what each thing was meant for. They also kept making sure I was doing ok and kept checking up on me. I love the results too :)

I had such an amazing experience at the dungeon… I had made an appointment online and was running a few minutes late, so I called to let them know the front staff were so calm and understanding and did not make me feel rushed or pressured at all, they both knew what they were talking about as well as followed state guidelines For piercing shops. I had an apprentice repierce my previous nose piercing as well as switch out my hoop for a gold hoop. They walked me through each step helped me pick out the right jewelry and must say it was one of the least painful piercing experiences of my life. The apprentice is a natural born piercer and had a great teacher. Thank you to the staff at the dungeon, and I look forward to getting pierced by you guys again.

I had a appointment with summer for my doubles and triples on one ear, she went slow with me and had a great personality that gave me time to calm my nerves. She was very attentive and kind during the process. I was in no time rush so I really appreciated her openness to questions and conversation. She noticed I was feeling the adrenaline and gave me the care (and candy) for it to go away. All around great experience and I love how it turned out:)
